For Buyers & Tenants
We source + outreach
We review public listings and do broker-led outreach to uncover “quiet” options when possible.
NDA / qualification when required
For sensitive deals, we’ll request an NDA and sometimes basic proof of funds before details are released.
Curated deal briefs
You receive a shortlist with structure notes (business-only vs real estate, leased fee, etc.) and key diligence flags to verify.
Tour → offer → close
We coordinate introductions, tours, and the transaction path through closing.
Easy Process
Once you have identified a property of interest, you simply contact your GSSUSA representative with the listing id, and we will forward your NDA to the owner to request detailed information. Once received, we forward the info to you for due diligence.
When an offer is to be presented, GSSUSA will help prepare and present your Letter of Intent.
Once all parties have all agreed, the attorney’s for the principles transfer the asset.
